OPEN HOUSE STOCKHOLM
DIGITAL PROGRAM 2021
NCC Hangar 5
In the heart of Brommastaden, right next to the Bromma Blocks shopping area and Stockholm's largest and most interesting urban development area at the moment, NCC is developing a new office block and commercial hub. In the Hangar 5 block, we are creating modern, flexible, and inspiring spaces, as well as a lush courtyard.
Sergelhuset
Sergelhuset is a new and redevelopment project that has been ongoing in the middle of Stockholm's city since 2017. The property, which consists of three houses, is part of the larger urban development project Sergelstan. During development, the focus has been on creating a place where people can enjoy themselves. Now the building will soon be ready with new offices, event space, housing, restaurants, shops and experiences
Albano
Join us for the new Campus Albano digitally
Campus Albano is set to become a scientific hub that connects the university capital Stockholm, forming a sustainable campus with educational environments for students and researchers. Approximately 1,000 student housing units and spaces for commercial services are also being constructed here.
Medborgarhuset
Join us in the newly renovated premises of Medborgarhuset!
Medborgarhuset has undergone extensive renovation in the years 2016-2020. Our guides tell us about what happened in the house during the renovation, what is new and what has been preserved. Get a unique video view of the house's premises that are not usually open to the public.
SISAB Skolkultur
Download the SISAB Skolkultur app below
The app contains four different outdoor art and architecture tours: one that shows Östra Real's high school, one that shows the exterior of Bobergsskolan, one that tells in detail about four schools and a preschool in Älvsjö, and one that very briefly describes some schools in Södermalm.
Slakthusområdet
In the Slakthus area, which is part of Söderstaden and the expansion of Stockholm's inner city, planning work is underway that aims to develop a modern district where housing, trade, culture and business coexist. Castellum currently has four buildings in the area.
At Castellum, we work to actively contribute to realizing the vision for the area - to create Stockholm's sharpest district.
Hagastaden
Hagastaden is emerging on top of an advanced road and railway overlay between Vasastan and Karolinska. Over 4,000 people already live here and the area has attracted a knowledge-intensive life science industry. Here are examples of architecture at the forefront; Stockholm's tallest residential building, Norra Tornen, Aula medica and Cederhusen built entirely of wood. Come and get an insight into what the area has been, is and will become. In 2030, Hagastaden will be completed.
Norra Djurgårdsstaden
Norra Djurgårdsstaden is one of Europe's most extensive urban development areas. In total, at least 12,000 new homes and 35,000 new workplaces are planned. One of the city's designated sustainability profile areas.
Norra Djurgårdsstaden stretches from Husarviken and Hjorthagen in the north to Värtahamnen and Loudden in the south. The development takes place to a large extent in areas that were previously used for port operations, gas production and other industrial operations.
