HANGAR 5
In Brommastaden's new commercial hub, the outside world is always close. Located in the heart of Brommastaden, right next to the Bromma Blocks shopping area and Stockholm's largest and most exciting urban development area at the moment, NCC is developing a new office quarter and commercial hub. In the Hangar 5 district, we are creating modern, flexible, and inspiring spaces as well as a lush inner courtyard.
Hangar 5 also houses Bromma's first Ica Maxi supermarket, and the tram line has a dedicated stop directly adjacent to the district's entrances. Biz Apartments has recently opened a long-stay hotel with approximately 180 rooms in Hangar 5. Additionally, there will be access to inspiring and communal co-working spaces, a dedicated fitness facility, and other services.
Just one tram stop away is Bromma Airport, making it convenient for employees and visitors coming from other parts of the country. We are also adding new parking spaces in both underground and outdoor parking facilities. Cycling will be a natural choice for commuting, with both indoor and outdoor bike parking available.
With its immediate proximity to the airport, new tram stations, and Stockholm's main roads, this new office area will offer excellent transportation connections. Companies with employees and visitors from other parts of Sweden will have the opportunity to save time—here you can both work and run your errands while easily commuting to other parts of Sweden. You can work in Bromma but live somewhere completely different.
As a tenant, you can choose the size of the spaces you need and have the opportunity to influence the design of your new office. Many of the offices feature generous terraces and offer prominent visibility along Ulvsundavägen.
