SLAKTHUSOMRÅDET
CASTELLUM
In one of Stockholm's most exciting areas, Castellum is helping to create Stockholm's sharpest district. In the Slakthusområdet, which is part of Söderstaden and the expansion of Stockholm's inner city, planning is underway to develop a modern district where housing, commerce, culture, and business coexist. Castellum currently has four buildings in the area.
At Castellum, we are actively working to realize the vision for the area—to create Stockholm's sharpest district. We are doing this by adding more attractive and modern workplaces to look forward to as the area develops. We know how to create successful workplaces that meet today's demands for technical solutions while considering people's needs.
The aim is to preserve the tradition of Slakthusområdet. The area's dynamism is created through a blend of old and new, where historically interesting buildings stand alongside new architecture. The history is also preserved by ensuring that many of the public activities will be related to food, drink, and events.

With the development of the Slakthusområdet, the blue line of the subway is also planned to be rerouted with a new station within Slakthusområdet. The new station will be located right by the central park and Castellum's buildings—exactly where your company would also like to be.

Together with some of the other property developers in the area, we are conducting a branding effort to highlight the area's qualities. This work has resulted in an inspiring film about Slakthusområdet.

WHAT IS IT LIKE AT WORK?
Bright, airy, and motivating. To help you, as a tenant, achieve your set goals, Castellum places great importance on factors that allow you to focus on your work. The right digital infrastructure, the ability to work anywhere and everywhere within the premises—these are considerations Castellum takes into account when developing workplaces.
SUCCESSFUL WORKPLACES
Castellum works with people at the center. Creating workplaces that contribute to people's health and well-being is important to us. We work with WELL, an international building standard that focuses on health and well-being and is based on seven concepts: air, water, nutrition, light, movement, climate, and mental well-being. Castellum has expertise and experience from many different types of projects and a large network of qualified partners. We can offer support in creating a healthier workplace.
