As part of Fabege’s sustainability efforts, the local office in Solna Business Park has become a cutting-edge project that inspires not only the company itself but also Fabege’s clients and industry colleagues to unite design and reuse in a climate-friendly way.

With approximately 80 percent reused furniture, reused glass partitions, ceilings, kitchens, and floors, a former industrial space with its history and character has been given new life. Classic color schemes, high-quality material choices, and flexible lighting ensure that the office can be easily adapted to meet new needs. The new office is a testament to how dedication, creativity, and innovation can create a modern, flexible, and attractive workplace that brings history into the future in a sustainable way.
