SERGELHUSET

Information

Sergelhuset is a new construction and renovation project that has been ongoing in the heart of Stockholm city since 2017. The property, which consists of three building structures, is part of the larger urban development project Sergelstan. The focus during the development has been on creating a place where people can enjoy being. The building is now almost complete, featuring new offices, event spaces, residences, restaurants, shops, and experiences.

The property is environmentally certified according to LEED Platinum. The decision not to demolish the entire block, but rather to renovate, has been an important part of the certification.
