Ersta konstsamling
Ersta diakonis konstsamling rymmer nyförvärvad samtidskonst, gåvor och äldre inköp i en eklektisk blandning som speglar verksamhetens över 170 år långa historia.
Gåvorna som skänkts Ersta sjukhus genom åren kommer ofta från en patient eller en anhörig. Den här samlingen bär på så mycket tacksamhet och det gör den personlig. Den är som en tidskapsel över sjukhusets snart 175 år långa historia” säger Amelie Edlund, konstansvarig på Ersta diakoni och också den som håller i de guidade konstvisningarna.
Tack vare en generös gåva av familjen Ann-Sofie Mattsson har det nybyggda sjukhuset på Folkungatan smyckats med en stor del nyförvärvad konst.
Under konstvisningen finns möjlighet att se verk som hänger på mottagningarna, bland annat Roland Svensson, Per Wizén, Duda Bebek och Tyra Lundgren.
