Through ingenuity, everything from concrete floors to glass partitions has been reused, creating a work environment that combines functionality with sustainable design. As part of Fabege’s sustainability efforts, the local office in Solna Business Park has become a cutting-edge project that inspires not only the company itself but also Fabege’s clients and industry colleagues to unite design and reuse in a climate-friendly way.

With approximately 80 percent reused furniture, reused glass partitions, ceilings, kitchens, and floors, a former industrial space with its history and character has been given new life. Classic color schemes, high-quality material choices, and flexible lighting ensure that the office can be easily adapted to meet new needs. The new office is a testament to how dedication, creativity, and innovation can create a modern, flexible, and attractive workplace that brings history into the future in a sustainable way.

Med cirka 80 procent återbrukade möbler, återbrukade glaspartier, undertak, kök och golv har en tidigare industrilokal med sin historia och karaktär fått nytt liv. Klassisk färgsättning, materialval av hög kvalitet och flexibel belysning gör att kontoret lätt kommer att gå att anpassa vid nya behov.
