Open House Stockholm object form 2024
In the object form, you fill in information regarding the display of objects as an exhibitor in Open House Stockholm 4 - 6 October 2024.
During this year's festival, we will use a database to create all program items directly in the system. The answers in this form will be sent into the database and then automatically loaded into the program on the web. You will be able to preview how your program points will look. If you later want to make major changes, you have the option to submit a new version. It is the latest submitted version that will be published in the festival program for each program item. It is therefore important that you follow the instructions for e.g. text length in each box, or format of response text carefully. If you want to make a minor change, let us know.

You will be informed if we are able to provide volunteers for your object.
Beach flags, rollups and posters
Open House Stockholm can provide flags, roll-ups, and A3 posters to help visitors find where they should gather or wait. We cannot guarantee that you will receive everything you request.
Changed conditions and responsibilities*
We follow the recommendations and regulations of the authorities and the government. These may change on short notice, which could affect the festival in ways that Open House Stockholm cannot control. Paid exhibitor fees cannot be refunded if the festival is forced to change its concept or be canceled entirely due to directives from authorities or the government. This also applies if the exhibitor themselves chooses to cancel their program. The exhibitor is responsible for their own event and for ensuring that the applicable recommendations and regulations are followed.
